Q1. I wear glasses- do you have prescription masks for rental?
At present, we do not have prescription masks for rental. Usually divers (and even instructors) who use prescription glasses choose to dive while wearing their regular contact lenses. It is actually safer than using a prescription mask because you certainly need to be able to see without your mask upon entries and exits. And, the likelihood of you losing a contact lens while diving is very small. Therefore, we suggest you use (or invest in) contact lenses. For those who so not want to use contact lenses or would just rather buy a prescription mask, please send us your prescription and frame color preferences and we can order a prescription mask for you. (Mask, lenses, shipping & handling is $180.)

Q3. Do you take requests for particular sites? What if I want to dive at the Grotto, for example.
We take requests on a first come, first serve basis - giving priority to the customer who first reserves a dive tour for any given day.

The Grotto, being one of the most famous dive sites in the world, is a popularly requested dive site. Please know though, that this is an advanced level site and therefore cannot be done on the first dive of a dive package. If you are an experienced diver with more than 50 logged dives and logged dives within the past 6 months, then we can take you to the Grotto on the second dive of your first day. However, for less experienced divers, we can possibly do the Grotto on the second day, third dive of your dive package. Be sure that you let us know if you are interested in diving the Grotto so we can make proper scheduling arrangements.

Q4. Do you offer free hotel pick-up and drop-off?

We offer free pick-up and drop-off to all hotels on Saipan.

Pick-up times are usually 7:30 for boat dives and 8:00 for beach dives, but it is possible for these times to change based on customer needs, weather, or the charter boat schedule. Please confirm pick-up time with us.

Q5. I have my own equipment, but it's quite heavy. What pieces do you suggest I bring?

Of course it is more comfortable to dive with your own equipment, but if you really don't want to carry it, then we suggest you bring the basics. So, at least bring your fins, mask, snorkel, and dive computer (if you have one).

DO NOT FORGET TO BRING YOUR LOG BOOK AND CERTIFICATION CARD.
