  Q1. Is transportation to and from the airport included with my reservation?
       How much do taxis cost?
  Airport pick-up and drop-off is $15 per person if Hotel booking is through Aquasmith. Unfortunately, there is no public transportation system in Saipan that services the airport. Taxis are readily available and take about 15 to 20 minutes to most hotels, but be forewarned that they are more expensive than many other places.

Here are estimated taxi costs from the airport to hotels:
Airport — Hyatt: $30
Airport — Holiday In, Paradise Hotel or Capital Hotel: $30
Airport — Aquarius Beach Tower: $15

  Q2. How far is it from my hotel to the center of Garapan?
  Most hotels in Saipan are located relatively close to or in Garapan.

Hyatt: Located in the heart of Garapan.
Holiday In, Capital Hotel: About 5 minutes on foot to Garapan.
Paradise Hotel: About a 10-minute walk to Garapan.
Aquarius Beach Tower: A 10-minute walk to Susupe, then a 5-minute bus ride to Garapan
     on the DFS bus.

  Q3. Is there a kitchen or kitchenette in my hotel room?
  Some hotels have either full kitchens or kitchenettes, but some have none.

Hyatt, Holiday In, Paradise Hotel: Do not have kitchens or kitchenettes.
Capital Hotel: There are public kitchens and dining areas located on the 1st and 3rd floors
     that are free for all guests to use. There are also kitchens in each apartment-style room.
Aquarius Beach Tower : All rooms have fully equipped, full sized kitchens.The kitchens are      complete with utensils and dishes. You can easily buy food at nearby supermarkets and
     prepare it yourself. Breakfast is included with your stay as well.

  Q4. What is near my hotel?
  Most all of Saipan's hotels have attractions and/or shops nearby.

Hyatt: Located in the center of Garapan and offers easy access to many shops, restaurants
     and other interesting places.
Holiday In, Capital Hotel: 2-minute walk to DFS Shopping Center, a 3-minute walk to the      supermarket, a 1-minute walk to the bowling alley and 5 minutes to the hospital.
Aquarius Beach Tower : 1-minute walk to two different supermarkets and a 1-minute
     walk to Kentucky Fried Chicken.

  Q5. How safe is Saipan? Is it OK to walk around at night?
  While there are not many cases of serious crime in Saipan, as with anywhere, we recommend that you use caution when walking around at night. If you have a far walk and are alone, you may want to take a taxi.

  Q6. Is there a hospital near my hotel?
  The hospital is located near Garapan, so is close to Hyatt, Paradise Hotel, Capital Hotel and Holiday In. The Aquarius Beach Tower is in Susupe and would be about a 10 or 15 minutes taxi ride to the hospital.

  Q7. By what time do I need to check out of my hotel room?
  Some hotels do make special accommodations for late check out times, however some do not.

Hyatt: For guests diving at Aquasmith, The Hyatt offers a later check out, but be sure to tell
     the receptionist. .
Capital Hotel: Check out is before 12:00 noon, but for Aquasmith customers can check out
     as late as 3:00pm free of charge. You can use your hotel room up until you check out.
Paradise Hotel, Holiday In : Check out is 12:00 noon A late check out fee of $10 is added
     for each additional hour after 12:00.
